Carson Scott

After days with no sleep, what seems like hundreds of diapers changed and countless feedings, we are beginning to adjust to the new addition in our household. Carson is really pretty good - he doesn't fuss too much. He's a curious little guy and will spend hours awake, just looking around, taking everything in. My mother says he is nosey, which very well may be...making me nervous for the what the next couple of years may bring. I think we are going to be VERY busy. Nicholas is stepping into the shoes of fatherhood rather nicely. He doesn't mind changing diapers and loves his father-son time, which is wonderful because it gives me a chance to get a nap in every once in a while! Carson eats like a champ and at his last doctor's appointment weighed in at 8lbs 11oz...a whopping 1 lb over his birth weight just 2 weeks in.
